- our club is truly grateful for its talented club members; as evident from our January meeting when Cherie, Barry and Darlene all gave everyone in attendance different ways to create easy-to-make trees that are perfect for village displays
- Cherie showed us in various stages how to make trees out of paper towel rolls
- Barry showed us how to make bottle brush trees using yarn/rope with the help of a pet grooming brush
- Darlene showed us how to make trees out of paper dollies and little flower pots out of bead
- Snow trivia
- through the aid of a facts-matching activity, Yvette gave us all some interesting facts about snow – which was most appropriate for the cool but sunny weather we had on that particular day
