- The March meeting started off with our AGM. Three executive positions were available for election: President, Vice President and Treasurer and these positions were filled by, respectively, John H., Patricia J. and Don H.
- Martha opened the meeting stating that 2012 would be the year of change. First off, we would be discontinuing the newsletter and we would be using this blog and email blasts as our means of communication to our club members.
- There was also a discussion to reduce our club meetings from 5 to 4 a year by eliminating the meeting on January. But the decision would be delayed at least for another year as the membership still enjoyed having the January meeting even if the weather could pose a problem.

- Display Demonstration
- Cherie from the March group gave a demonstration on how to build an upstairs-downstairs display using acrylic blocks as walls. All were quite impressed with the details involved to make such a great display.

- Scavenger Hunt
- All members in attendance were divided into groups and were tested their power of observation. Every group was given a task to locate answers within the community center meeting area.
