Penguins, penguins everywhere!!

- Annual Christmas pot-luck lunch
- our Christmas tradition is to share a wonderful pot-luck lunch with club members
- as usual, mountains of food were brought in with a mixture of delicious main courses, appetizers and desserts
- Christmas centerpiece display
- Ugly Christmas sweater galore!
- club members were encouraged to wear their ugly sweaters at the meeting and oh boy!, there sure were a lot of ugly sweaters
- but as you can see from the photograph below, our members enjoyed showing off their tacky and absolutely yucky looking sweaters!
- Penguin puzzle
- Robert is a penguin fanatics (as you can tell from the photograph above of him with his penguin collections), so he was the obvious person who would challenge everyone in the meeting with a penguin puzzle
- Waterless snow globe
- Sue and Peggy showed everyone how to make a waterless snow globe with just a plain jar and some display accessories, such as snow flakes, trees and small figurines
- and yet, the end result was simply amazing
- Gift exchange
