- Halloween/fall display contest
- the challenge of this contest was that each entry was NOT allowed to include any Halloween related lit-houses in the display; however, there was no restriction on what accessories can be used
- it was NOT a judged competition and all participants would have their names to go into a draw for a prize
- as evident from the photographs below, there was a large number of displays entered the contest: all entries were highly creative and imaginative to showcase the Halloween and/or the fall theme
- after the contest, the display creators shared with the audience the inspiration of their displays as well as the various techniques and materials they used

- to further enhance the Halloween mood for the meeting, members were asked to wear a Halloween hat … let the inner witch or warlock shine forth!
- again, those who participated would have their names put in a draw for a great prize!
- all types of witches and wizards turned up in droves and proudly showed off their Halloween headgears
- Display tips
- Martha demonstrated a few Halloween decorations that are easy to make using materials that are readily accessible and economical
- Snacks and more snacks
- a successful club meeting could not do without great food
- the meeting organizers sure did a great job in providing snacks for everyone that fit the theme of the meeting
